Dosage:
Take Zincorotate-POS® tablets whole with a sufficient amount of liquid, preferably water, at least half an hour before meals. Separation by time
can significantly improve the absorption of zinc.
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, adults and young people aged 12 years and older take 1 Zincorotate-POS® tablet 3 times a day or 2-3 tablets a day with long-term use. Children aged 4 to 11 years take 1 tablet twice a day.”
