Hametum® hemorrhoid ointment is naturally effective and well tolerated due to the combination of the purely plant active ingredient witch hazel (hamamelis) with a rich ointment base. The herbal preparation suppresses inflammation and thus relieves itching and burning. The rich ointment base nourishes irritated skin and mucous membranes, improves their barrier function and, therefore, makes them less vulnerable.
Use
Hametum® hemorrhoid ointment is applied in a thin layer several times a day – preferably with a fingertip or the supplied applicator – to the affected areas of the skin. Before use, the anal area should be thoroughly cleaned and gently dried.
Contraindications
Hametum® hemorrhoid ointment should not be used
if you have hypersensitivity to witch hazel, wool wax or any other ingredient of the preparation.”
