Application

Open the package shortly before use.
Remove ThermaCare from the sealed package. This activates the heat cells.
Remove the protective paper from the adhesive surface to attach it to the skin.
Place the ThermaCare pad with the dark side of the heat cells directly on the skin of the painful area of the body. It may take about 30 minutes for the pad to reach the desired temperature.
If necessary, readjust ThermaCare during use to ensure maximum wearing comfort and optimal effect.
For pain relief, wear the pad continuously for at least 3 hours. For best results, wear it for more than 8 hours. The ThermaCare neck support maintains an ideal therapeutic temperature of 40°C for at least 12 hours.
Dispose of used pad, cold or warm, with normal household waste.”
