The drug treats athlete’s foot (tinea pedis) in one application.
The drug acts by killing the fungus that causes athlete’s foot (tinea pedis). After application to the feet, a thin, colorless film remains on the skin. The film releases the medical active ingredient into the skin to treat athlete’s foot (tinea pedis).
How do you know if you have athlete’s foot (tinea pedis)?
Tinea pedis (athlete’s foot) occurs only on the feet. It often starts between the toes, but can also spread to the soles and edges of the feet.
The most common form of athlete’s foot causes cracking or peeling of the skin. However, minor swelling, blisters, or oozing sores on the skin may also occur. Itching or burning may often accompany this.
Dosage
It is recommended to apply the gel once.
Frequency and duration of use
Use only once. Do not reapply the product.
The medicine immediately begins to kill the fungus. The film that forms allows the active ingredient to penetrate the skin, where it remains effective for several days.
Your skin condition should improve within a few days.
If you do not notice any signs of improvement within 1 week of use, consult your pharmacist to ensure that you are using the medicine correctly, or consult your doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
Do not use the medicine a second time for athlete’s foot if the medicine has not helped you after the first use.
The medicine should be used on both feet, even if there are visible signs of mycosis only on one foot. This is necessary for complete elimination of the fungus: the fungus may be present on other areas of the foot, even if there are no visible signs.
After application to the feet, the medicine dries quickly and forms a colorless film.
The tube contains enough medicine to treat both feet.
The drug releases the active ingredient into the skin, where it remains for several days to kill the fungus that causes athlete’s foot. For best treatment success, do not wash or wet your feet for 24 hours after application.
