“Composition
Active ingredients:
400.0 mg Acetylsalicylic acid 240.0 mg Ascorbic acid
Excipients:
Citric acid, anhydrous sodium carbonate sodium dihydrogen citrate Sodium bicarbonate
The drug is used for:
mild to moderate pain, such as headache, toothache, menstrual pain, painful complaints that occur in the context of a cold (eg, headache, sore throat and body aches).
Fever.
Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
Children * 9-12 years
Single dose: 1 effervescent tablet.
Total daily dose: 3 effervescent tablets.
Adolescents * and adults
Single dose: 1-2 effervescent tablets.
Total daily dose: 3-6 effervescent tablets

Duration of use
A single dose can be taken, if necessary, at intervals of 4 to 8 hours up to 3 times a day.
However, the total daily dose must not be exceeded.
Do not take the medicine for more than 4 days.
Contraindications
Do not take the medicine if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to acetylsalicylic acid, other salicylates, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) or any other ingredient of the medicine;
if you have taken certain medicines for pain, fever or inflammation (salicylates or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs in the past) for asthma attacks or otherwise reacted sensitively;
with acute ulcers of the stomach and intestines;
with a pathologically increased tendency to bleeding;
with liver and kidney failure;
if you have severe heart failure that is not controlled by medication;
if you are taking 15 mg or more of methotrexate per week at the same time;
during the last 3 months of pregnancy.”
