Application area
Femannose N is used for the prevention and supportive treatment of cystitis (inflammation of the bladder) and other uncomplicated urinary tract infections.
The product is suitable for both adults and children aged 14 years and older. Femannose N can also be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, if this has been agreed upon with a doctor.
Dosage
Dosage recommendations according to the instructions for use:
To prevent infection, take one sachet once a day.
For the treatment of an existing bladder infection: Take 1 sachet 3 times daily from day 1 to day 3, 1 sachet twice daily from day 4 to day 5, and 1 sachet daily from day 6. Spread the dose throughout the day.
Take Femannose N for one month to prevent recurrence of the infection.
Warnings and excipients
Contains fructose, invert sugar (honey), lactitol, maltitol, isomaltol, sucrose or sorbitol. Should not be used by patients with hereditary fructose intolerance.”
