Applications
This medicine is used to relieve nicotine withdrawal symptoms, in nicotine addiction.
Module of action
The treatment helps to overcome physical and psychological dependence on cigarettes. It delivers nicotine without the harmful by-products of tobacco smoke. The usual grip of a cigarette can be “”transferred”” to gripping a piece of chewing gum.
Dosage and use
The medicine is suitable for adults only.
Dosage recommendations according to the instructions for use:
Usually, you should chew 1 piece of gum every 1-2 hours, but not more than 1 piece of gum per hour.
8-12 pieces per day are usually enough. If you still feel the desire to smoke, you can chew more gum.
The amount of Nicotinell chewing gum 2 mg per day should not be exceeded.
Nicotine is absorbed through the mucous membrane of the oral cavity. Chew until you feel a strong taste. Then press the gum to your cheek until the taste subsides. Then chew for about 30 minutes. The flow of saliva can be significantly stimulated.
