“Compound:
1 ml (equivalent to 907 mg) of liquid for oral use contains 1 ml of tincture of valerian officinalis, valerian root (1:5), ethanol extractant 70% (v/v).
Ethanol content 64-68% (v/v).
Indications and action:
A traditional herbal medicine that relieves symptoms of mild nervous tension and makes it easier to fall asleep.
Dosage:
The following scheme is traditionally used:
Adolescents over 12 years of age, adults and older adults: 1 teaspoon of product (about 5 ml) up to 3 times a day for mild nervous tension. To facilitate falling asleep, use a single dose (5 ml) 1/2 – 1 hour before bedtime, and if necessary – 2 doses; in the evening and before bed.
Do not exceed the daily dose of liquid of 20 ml (4 teaspoons of 5 ml).
Directions for use: The drug is administered orally.”
