Tratamiento sintomático de la rinitis alérgica y urticaria idiopática crónica. - CONTRAINDICACIONES / EFECTO SECUNDARIO
Hipersensibilidad al principio activo o a alguno de los excipientes incluidos en la lista. - POSOLOGÍA
Adultos: un comprimido una vez al día. Niños de 6 años o más que pesen más de 30 kg: un comprimido una vez al día. Existen otras formulaciones más adecuadas para una dosis adecuada en niños menores de 6 años o que pesen 30 kg o menos. Niños menores de 2 años: no se ha establecido la seguridad y eficacia del medicamento. No se dispone de datos. Pacientes con insuficiencia hepática: Los pacientes con insuficiencia hepática grave deben recibir una dosis inicial menor, ya que pueden tener un aclaramiento reducido de loratadina. Se recomienda una dosis inicial de 10 mg en días alternos para adultos y niños que pesen más de 30 kg. Pacientes con insuficiencia renal: No se requieren ajustes de dosis en pacientes con insuficiencia renal. Ancianos: No se requieren ajustes de dosis. Forma de administración: vía oral. El comprimido puede tomarse independientemente de las comidas. - CONSERVACIÓN
Este medicamento no requiere condiciones especiales de conservación. - ADVERTENCIAS
El medicamento debe administrarse con precaución en pacientes con insuficiencia hepática grave. Este medicamento contiene lactosa, por lo que los pacientes con problemas hereditarios raros de intolerancia a la galactosa, síndrome de Lapp debido a deficiencia de lactasa o malabsorción de glucosa o galactosa no deben tomar este medicamento. La administración del medicamento debe interrumpirse al menos 48 horas antes de las pruebas cutáneas, ya que los antihistamínicos pueden prevenir o reducir las reacciones positivas a los índices de reactividad cutánea. - INTERACCIONES
La ingesta concomitante del medicamento con alcohol no potencia sus efectos, según se ha evaluado mediante estudios de rendimiento psicofísico. Pueden producirse interacciones potenciales con todos los inhibidores conocidos de CYP3A4 y CYP2D6 que den lugar a niveles elevados de loratadina, lo que puede dar lugar a un aumento de los efectos adversos. Se han descrito concentraciones plasmáticas aumentadas de loratadina tras el uso concomitante con ketoconazol, eritromicina y cimetidina en ensayos clínicos controlados, pero sin cambios clínicamente significativos (incluidos cambios electrocardiográficos). Población pediátrica: Los estudios de interacción se han realizado únicamente en adultos.

Patients with renal impairment: No dosage adjustments are required in patients with renal insufficiency. Elderly: No dosage adjustments are required. Method of administration: oral use. The tablet can be taken regardless of mealtimes. - STORAGE
This medicine does not require any special storage conditions. - WARNINGS
The drug should be administered with caution in patients with severe hepatic impairment. This medicine contains lactose; therefore patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, the Lapp syndrome due to lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicinal product. The administration of the medicinal product must be interrupted at least 48 hours before skin tests as antihistamines can prevent or reduce the positive reactions to the skin reactivity indices. - INTERACTIONS
Concomitant intake of the drug with alcohol does not potentiate its effects, as assessed by psychophysical performance studies. Potential interactions with all known inhibitors of CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 can occur resulting in elevated loratadine levels, which can lead to increased adverse events. Increased plasma concentrations of loratadine have been reported after concomitant use with ketoconazole, erythromycin and cimetidine in controlled clinical trials, but with no clinically significant changes (including electrocardiographic changes). Pediatric population: Interaction studies have only been performed in adults.

- ПОКАЗАНИЯ
Симптоматическое лечение аллергического ринита и хронической идиопатической крапивницы. - ПРОТИВОПОКАЗАНИЯ / ВТОРИЧНЫЙ ЭФФЕКТ
Гиперчувствительность к активному веществу или к любому из перечисленных вспомогательных веществ. - ДОЗИРОВКА
Взрослые: одна таблетка один раз в день. Дети в возрасте от 6 лет и старше с массой тела более 30 кг: одна таблетка один раз в день. Для подходящей дозировки для детей в возрасте до 6 лет или с массой тела 30 кг и менее существуют другие более подходящие лекарственные формы. Дети младше 2 лет: безопасность и эффективность препарата не установлены. Данные отсутствуют. Пациенты с печеночной недостаточностью: Пациентам с тяжелой печеночной недостаточностью следует назначать более низкую начальную дозу, поскольку у них может быть снижен клиренс лоратадина. Начальная доза 10 мг через день рекомендуется для взрослых и детей с массой тела более 30 кг. Пациенты с почечной недостаточностью: Коррекция дозировки у пациентов с почечной недостаточностью не требуется. Пожилые люди: Коррекция дозировки не требуется. Способ применения: перорально. Таблетку можно принимать независимо от приема пищи. - ХРАНЕНИЕ
Данный препарат не требует особых условий хранения. - ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЯ
Препарат следует назначать с осторожностью пациентам с тяжелой печеночной недостаточностью. Данный препарат содержит лактозу, поэтому пациентам с редкими наследственными проблемами непереносимости галактозы, синдромом Лаппа из-за дефицита лактазы или мальабсорбцией глюкозы-галактозы не следует принимать этот лекарственный препарат. Прием лекарственного препарата необходимо прервать как минимум за 48 часов до кожных проб, поскольку антигистаминные препараты могут предотвратить или снизить положительные реакции на индексы реактивности кожи. - ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ
Одновременный прием препарата с алкоголем не усиливает его действие, что оценивается с помощью исследований психофизической работоспособности. Возможны потенциальные взаимодействия со всеми известными ингибиторами CYP3A4 и CYP2D6, приводящие к повышению уровня лоратадина, что может привести к увеличению побочных эффектов. Повышенные концентрации лоратадина в плазме были зарегистрированы после одновременного использования с кетоконазолом, эритромицином и циметидином в контролируемых клинических испытаниях, но без клинически значимых изменений (включая изменения электрокардиограммы). Детская популяция: Исследования взаимодействия проводились только у взрослых.
