Le dezamigren ne doit pas être utilisé pour la prévention de la migraine.

Le Dezamigren est utilisé pour le traitement aigu des maux de tête associés aux crises de migraine aiguës avec ou sans aura.
Dezamigren ne peut être utilisé que chez les patients chez qui un médecin a diagnostiqué une migraine.
Dezamigren ne doit pas être utilisé pour la prévention de la migraine.

Dosage
Adultes (de 18 à 65 ans) :

La dose recommandée est : un comprimé (12,5 mg).

Le médicament doit être pris dès que possible après le début d’une crise de migraine. Le médicament est également efficace lorsqu’il est pris à un stade ultérieur. Si la crise de migraine ne s’arrête pas, vous ne devez pas prendre plus d’un comprimé au cours de la même crise. Si vous avez une nouvelle crise de migraine dans les 24 heures, vous pouvez prendre un deuxième comprimé à 12,5 mg, à condition de respecter un intervalle d’au moins 2 heures entre la prise du premier et du deuxième comprimé. La dose quotidienne maximale est de deux comprimés (25 mg).

Le comprimé doit être avalé avec un peu de liquide (par exemple de l’eau). Le comprimé peut être pris avec ou sans nourriture.
