- ACC is a mucolytic (mucus-thinning) expectorant. ACC is used to thin mucus and facilitate expectoration in acute and chronic respiratory diseases.
- Composition
Active ingredients: Acetylcysteine. One effervescent tablet contains 600 mg of acetylcysteine. Application: Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the following daily doses of ACC are recommended: sputum thinning: adults and adolescents from 14 years of age: ½ effervescent tablet once a day (equivalent to 300 mg of acetylcysteine per day).
