“Compound
The active ingredient of the drug is inosine pranobexum (Inosinum Pranobexum): a complex containing inosine and 2-hydroxypildimethylammonium 4-acetamidobenzoate in a molar ratio of 1:3.
5 ml of syrup contains 500 mg of inosine pranobex.
Excipients: methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 216), sucrose, sodium saccharin, citric acid, sodium hydroxide, propylene glycol, banana flavor AR 0010, purified water.
Dosage
Adults, including older people: usually 10 ml 3 or 4 times daily.
Children over 1 year: 0.5 ml of syrup per kg of body weight per day. The medicine should be taken 3 times a day according to the table below:

Treatment usually lasts from 5 to 14 days. It is recommended to continue taking the medication for 1 to 2 days after the symptoms of the disease disappear.

Neosin forte is an antiviral drug. Increases the body’s immunity by stimulating the immune system.
Indications
Neosin forte is used as an adjuvant for people with reduced immunity and for recurrent upper respiratory tract infections. Additionally, Neosin forte is used to treat herpes of the lips and facial skin caused by the Herpes simplex virus.
Contraindications
When you should not take Neosin forte:
if you are allergic to the active substance or any other ingredient of the drug. Symptoms of an allergic reaction may include skin rash, itching, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, throat, or tongue.
if you are currently having a gout attack or tests have shown elevated levels of uric acid in your blood.”
