Action
The Irigasin medical device allows you to prepare both sotonic and hypertonic solutions depending on the patient’s needs:
An isotonic sodium chloride solution cleanses the nasal cavity of residual secretions, bacteria, viruses and allergens, and also takes care of the nose and sinuses. An additional advantage of the isotonic solution is its moisturizing effect on the nasal mucosa, which is dry as a result of prolonged use of nasal medications or as a result of staying in air-conditioned or excessively heated rooms.
Hypertonic sodium chloride solution, in addition to its cleansing effect, due to the higher concentration of the active substance, has osmotic properties, due to which it reduces swelling of the mucous membrane. It is therefore recommended for nasal swelling associated with rhinitis caused by infection or allergies (hay fever), as well as sinusitis.
Indications
Recommended for people:
for acute or chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses,
for rhinitis caused by infection or allergy,
before and after surgery on the nose and paranasal sinuses,
after exposure to high concentrations of dust in the air,
prophylactically to maintain proper nasal and sinus hygiene.
How to use a medical device
Adults and children over 4 years old:
Rinse your nose and sinuses 1-2 times a day or as recommended by your doctor.
Children should only use the product under adult supervision.
To prepare an isotonic solution, pour 1 sachet of powder into the bottle, and then add boiled cooled water to the mark (240 ml).
To prepare a hypertonic solution, pour 2 sachets of powder into the bottle and then add boiled cooled water to the mark (240 ml).
Contraindications and precautions
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to sodium chloride.
Immediately after irrigation, you should not lie down for an hour so that the remaining solution does not get into the ear.
Do not use if the nose is completely blocked, do not allow the solution to leak out.
Do not use if you have an ear infection or blockage.
If you have had ear surgery, consult your physician before use.
Do not use more than an hour before bedtime.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Protect from light and moisture.
Store at room temperature.
Use in children and adolescents.

Driving and using cars
