“Balneum Hermal Plus contains the following medicinal ingredients: purified soybean oil and lauromacrogol 400.
Balneum Hermal Plus coats the skin with an oil film, which serves as a temporary protective layer until the skin’s natural oil layer is restored. Balneum Hermal Plus reduces the release of natural water-retaining factors in the stratum corneum of the skin. It also reduces increased water evaporation in skin diseases such as eczema and psoriasis. Moreover, it also makes it easier to get rid of dandruff.
The use of Balneum Hermal Plus is suitable for patients whose skin is low in fat, dry and constantly itchy. A particular advantage is the pleasant restoration of the skin’s natural oily surface.
Balneum Hermal Plus is used as an aid for patients who experience severe dryness and itching of the skin. You can also use Balneum Hermal Plus for babies and babies with sensitive skin. Areas of application include atopic (infantile) eczema, neurodermatitis (an itchy skin disease with limited areas of rash), psoriasis and ichthyosis (a skin disease with impaired keratinization of the skin).
The drug can be used by adults, adolescents, children, including infants.

Warnings and Precautions

Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the recommended dose is:
– Whole body bath (about 150 l): 30-45 ml of oil solution (2-3 measuring spoons);
– Partial bath (about 5 liters): 1 ml of oil solution (1/4 teaspoon);
– Baby bath (approx. 25 l): 5 ml of oil solution (1/3 measuring spoon).
Application type:
The frequency of application depends on the type, scale and size of the problem and should be determined individually. Baths are recommended every 2-3 days or every day.
Add a measured amount of the oil solution to the water, not the other way around, and mix the product well in the water until even distribution is achieved.
