“Soifem 100 mg film-coated tablets are an over-the-counter drug (dispensed without a doctor’s prescription), the active ingredient of which is soybean extract, rich in isoflavones (genistein, daidzein) and soy proteins. Each tablet contains 100 mg of valuable active substance, which corresponds to 26 mg of the isoflavone complex expressed in genistein. A special line is cut into the center of the tablet to separate it and make it easier to swallow.
Soyfem 100 mg film-coated tablets have been developed for menopausal women. When taken orally, they help reduce the intensity of symptoms associated with menopause. They relieve, among other things: hot flashes, excessive sweating, feelings of nervous tension and anxiety, and sleep problems. Their mechanism of action is based on the assumption that soy isoflavones (including genistein and daidzein) have the ability to bind to estrogen receptors.
Soyfem 100 mg can be used for a maximum of 2 years. However, if after 3 months of treatment there is no improvement or deterioration, you should consult a doctor.
Indications:
For women during menopause to relieve symptoms such as: hot flashes, increased sweating, feelings of nervous tension and anxiety, sleep problems.
Dosage
Orally. Adults: 1-2 tablets. 2 times a day.
