Indications for use:
open-angle glaucoma; increased intraocular pressure that is not amenable to monotherapy.
Directions for use and dosage:
Adults, including elderly patients
Instillation into the affected eye 1 drop 2 times a day with an interval of 12 hours.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any component of this drug, bronchial asthma or indications of bronchial asthma in the past, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, sinus bradycardia, second and third degree atrioventricular block, severe heart failure, cardiogenic shock. The drug is also contraindicated in patients taking MAOI drugs. The effectiveness and safety of the drug in children under two years of age has not been established.”
