Bronchodermine Enfants suppositories are indicated for the adjunctive treatment of acute benign bronchial conditions in children. The box contains ten suppositories.
The active ingredients of these suppositories are (knowing that a suppository is 2g): cineole (0.02 g), amylein hydrochloride (0.0025 g), liquid guaiacol (0.1 g), and reconstituted pine essential oil (0.0250 g).
Annatto (E160b), and semi-synthetic triglycerides are the other constituents of these suppositories.
Dosage of Bronchodermine children suppositories
These suppositories are given to children from 30 months to 6 years old. With the recommended dosage:
- from 30 months to 6 years: 1 suppository rectally per day.
- 6 to 10 years: 2 suppositories per day.
- 10 to 15 years: 3 suppositories per day.
Treatment with Bronchodermine suppository is limited to 3 days. If the child’s condition has not improved, consult your doctor.
