“The use of Kalgel is indicated for inflammation during teething. Calgel works quickly to relieve teething pain and soothe irritated gums for your baby.
Active ingredient: Cetylpyridinium chloride, Lidocaine.
What does Kalgel contain?
The active ingredients of the drug are lidocaine hydrochloride and cetylpyridinium chloride.
Excipients: sorbitol 70% solution, xylitol, 96% ethanol, glycerin, hydroxyethylcellulose 5000, macrogrologholcerol hydroxystearin, macrogol lauryl ester 9, macro-macro-300, macro-macro 300, sacrarina soda, levomenthol, herbal flavor (AR Herbes). 17425490; that (E 210), Peruvian balsam, propylene glycol (E 1520), ethanol and benzyl benzoate, benzyl cinnamate, cinnamaldehyde, d-limonene and linalool), caramel (E 150), citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, distilled water.

The drug is intended for topical use for irritated gums.
Kalgel should not be used in children under 3 months of age.
Age Dose
Infants from 3 months of age Squeeze a small amount of gel (7.5 mm) onto
the tip of a clean finger and gently rub
in the gums at the sites of teething.
Infants 3 months and older: Squeeze a small amount of gel (7.5 mm) onto
the tip of a clean finger and gently rub into the gums where teeth emerge.
Do not use a higher dose than recommended.
When should you not take Calgel?
If you are allergic to lidocaine hydrochloride, cetylpyridinium chloride, or any of the other ingredients of this medication, including chamomile.”
