Ingredients
- Linden flower (50%), elderflower (30%), fennel fruit, mallow flower, thyme sprig
Preparation
- 1 infusion bag (2 g) is poured over 0.25 l of boiling water and left to infuse for 5 minutes in a covered container
- It must not be cooked
- Serve tea reasonably warm to infants under 1 year of age. Check the temperature before eating
- It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use
- Tea is best served from a mug
Dosage
- Children from the completed 6th month: 1 cup a day
- Children from 3 years: 2 – 3 cups a day
