Both cold symptoms in children and flu symptoms in children can be very different. The most frequently recurring symptoms include: fever, rhinitis, musculoskeletal pain, sore throat and headache, cough and chills.
Coldrex Junior C in sachets, thanks to the unique combination of the properties of paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride and ascorbic acid, fights the symptoms of colds and flu in children.
Composition
One sachet contains: paracetamol (Paracetamolum) 300 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride (Phenylephrini hydrochloridum) 5 mg, ascorbic acid (Acidum ascorbicum) 20 mg.
Dosage
Coldrex C Junior is a powder for preparing an oral solution with a lemon flavor. Dissolve the cold sachet for children in hot water, mix thoroughly until all ingredients are dissolved and drink immediately after preparation. If necessary, you can add cold water or sweeten it.
1 sachet of Coldrex Junior C, if necessary, the dose can be repeated after 4 hours, up to 4 times a day.
Do not use more often than every 4 hours or more than 4 sachets a day.
For cold and flu symptoms in your child, use the lowest effective dose possible. Unless your doctor advises otherwise, the medicinal product should not be used for longer than 3 days.

Indications
Coldrex C Junior is indicated for short-term, symptomatic treatment of flu or cold with fever, chills, headache, sore throat, rhinitis (runny nose) in children aged 6-12 years.
Contraindications
Children’s cold medicines cannot be used simultaneously with other products containing paracetamol. Coldrex C Junior cannot be used in children who are hypersensitive to paracetamol, phenylephrine, ascorbic acid or any of the excipients contained in the product. You must not take this medicine if you have severe liver or kidney problems.
It cannot be taken simultaneously with medicinal products such as zidovudine, monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 2 weeks after discontinuing their use.
Coldrex Junior C should not be used by children under 6 years of age.
