Its formulation combines 40 mg of Niaouli essential oil, 40 mg of Grindelia soft alcoholic extract and 20 mg of Gelsemium soft alcoholic extract which are the active ingredients of Coquelusedal adult while the excipients are propylene glycol, solid semi-synthetic glycerides (type Witepsol WS55).
Dosage of Coquelusedal adult
1 to 2 suppositories per day. Use should be as short as possible, i.e. a few days, due to the risk of local toxicity due to the rectal route. The latter is chosen only for the convenience of administering the medication.
