The medicine Cystine Bailleul B6 is a dermatological supplement, indicated in cases of hair loss and fragile nails, but also in the adjunctive treatment of corneal healing disorders (transparent membrane located at the front of the eye) .

The active substances are  L-cystine (sulfur amino acid) and pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6). One film-coated tablet contains 500 mg and 50 mg respectively. 
The other ingredients are:  Sodium carboxymethylcellulose, talc, microcrystalline cellulose (Avicel PH 102), magnesium stearate, sepifilm LP 010 (hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid), sepisperse AP 3083 yellow (propylene glycol, hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E171), quinolone yellow (E104)), carnauba wax.
