“Compound
The active ingredients of the drug are: acetylsalicylic acid (Acidum acetylsalicylicum) and vitamin C (Acidum ascorbicum).
1 effervescent tablet contains active ingredients: 400 mg acetylsalicylic acid (Acidum acetylsalicylicum),
240 mg ascorbic acid (Acidum ascorbicum). One effervescent tablet contains 933 mg of sodium.
Other Ingredients: Sodium Citrate Anhydrous, Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid Anhydrous, Sodium Carbonate Anhydrous.
Action
Aspirin C contains acetylsalicylic acid, which has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties, and vitamin C, the addition of which is useful for colds, during which there is an increased need for vitamin C.
Dosage
Adults: 1–2 effervescent tablets at a time (400–800 mg acetylsalicylic acid, 240–480 mg ascorbic acid). If necessary, a single dose can be repeated every 4–8 hours. Do not take more than 8 tablets per day.
Adolescents over 12 years of age: the drug can be used by adolescents over 12 years of age only on the recommendation of a doctor. Single dose: 400 mg of acetylsalicylic acid and 240 mg of ascorbic acid (i.e. 1 effervescent tablet). If necessary, a single dose can be repeated every 4–8 hours. Do not take more than 3 tablets per day.
The tablets should be taken orally. Before taking the tablets, dissolve them in a glass of water and drink the effervescent liquid.
Contraindications
The product should not be used:
in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances or any of the excipients,
in patients with bleeding diathesis,
in patients with acute gastric or duodenal ulcers,
in patients with a history of attacks of bronchial asthma caused by taking salicylates or substances with similar effects, especially non-al anti-inflammatory drugs,
in patients with severe heart failure, severe liver failure or severe renal failure,
simultaneously with methotrexate at a dose of 15 mg per week or higher,
in the last trimester of pregnancy,
in children under 12 years of age.”
