INDICATIONS
Symptomatic treatment of fever and/or mild to moderate pain.
Dosage
Orally. Adults and adolescents over 16 years of age: 500–1000 mg as a single dose; if necessary, a single dose can be repeated at least 4 hours later. Do not take more than 3 g per day. Elderly patients (≥65 years): 500 mg once, if necessary, a single dose can be repeated at least 4 hours later. Do not take more than 2 g per day. Adolescents aged 12–15 years (40–50 kg): 500 mg as a single dose, if necessary, a single dose can be repeated at least 4 hours later. Do not take more than 3 g per day. It is not recommended to use longer than 3 days for fever or longer than 3-4 days for pain. Children <12 years old (<40 kg) – only as prescribed by a doctor: the recommended daily dose is 60 mg/kg/day, which should be divided into 4-6 doses, i.e. 15 mg/kg body weight every 6 or 10 hours. mg/kg body weight every 4 hours. Acetylsalicylic acid should be used with caution in patients with impaired liver or kidney function, as well as circulatory problems. Method of giving. Take the table with plenty of liquid.

IMPORTANT
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid, other salicylates or any of the excipients. History of asthma attacks or hypersensitivity reactions (eg, urticaria, angioedema, severe rhinitis, shock) caused by taking salicylates or substances with similar effects, especially NSAIDs. Acute gastric or duodenal ulcer. Hemorrhagic diathesis. Severe renal failure. Severe liver failure. Severe uncontrolled heart failure. Concomitant use of methotrexate in doses >20 mg/week. Simultaneous use of oral anticoagulants (in patients with a history of gastric or duodenal ulcer or when using aspirin in anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic doses). From the beginning of 6 months of pregnancy (after 24 weeks of amenorrhea).
