USE:
EMLA cream enables easy and uncomplicated application to the areas to be treated. It serves the local anesthesia of skin and mucous membranes to reduce the sensation of pain. Emla cream is dermatologically tested.
Emla cream stuns the skin locally and thus reduces the sensation of pain on the treated skin area. Suitable areas of application include, for example, skin anesthesia as a preparation before vaccination or surface anesthesia before tattooing on a larger skin area.
The dosage for adults and adolescents over 12 years is 2 g cream for smaller interventions and a maximum of 60 g for larger skin areas.
Applying the cream is light and uncomplicated.
EMLA products are dermatologically tested and correspond to the highest quality.
APPLICATION:
The exposure time of the EMLA cream is 1-2 hours. The effect then lasts at least 2 hours. Please note the instructions of the package insert.
