“For the treatment of yeast diseases of the skin, nails, vagina.
Fungicidin is used to treat yeast diseases of various origins. The active ingredient nystatin inhibits and stops the growth of yeast and some other lower fungi. Not absorbed by the surface of the skin and mucous membranes.
Yeast skin diseases (candidiasis) occur most often in the joints (between the toes, groin, torso, or arms) and cause red, itchy, and sometimes flaky, foul-smelling skin or painful cracks in the skin, especially on the feet.
A yeast infection of the nail bed results in swelling and redness of the back and sides of the nail.
Vaginal yeast infections present with the following symptoms:
– vaginal discharge (whitish, lumpy, odorless),
– itching and/or redness in the vagina and vulva (external genitalia),
– burning of the vagina or vulva,
– swelling and pain in the vaginal area. tissue of the vagina and vulva.
It can be used by pregnant and lactating women.
Please consult your doctor before using Fungicidin Lecheva if you have had a vaginal infection for the first time or more than twice in the past 6 months.
Application and dosage:
Unless the doctor recommends otherwise, Fungicidin Lechiva is applied to the affected areas (skin, mucous membranes, vagina) 2-3 times a day in a very thin layer to the affected areas (skin, mucous membranes, vagina) until recovery.
Treatment should be continued for several days even after healing, applying the ointment only once a day.
If your condition does not go away within 10 days for skin infections or within 7 days for vaginal infections, or if the problem gets worse or side effects occur, stop treatment and call your doctor. The duration of treatment without consulting a doctor should not exceed 2 weeks.
