“INDICATIONS:
Oral suspension “”Ibum forte”” with strawberry flavor has antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Indications for use of the drug are:
fever of various origins, including: colds, flu and post-vaccination reactions
pain of various origins from mild to moderate intensity, such as:
• headaches, sore throat, muscle pain (for example, due to viral infections),
• toothache, pain after dental procedures, pain during teething,
• pain in joints and bones resulting from injuries to the musculoskeletal system (for example, sprains),
• pain due to soft tissue injuries,
• postoperative pain,
• ear pain resulting from inflammation of the middle ear.
USE:
The drug is administered orally.
The daily dose of Ibum Forte oral suspension with strawberry flavor strictly depends on body weight and is:
20-30 mg/kg body weight in divided doses, according to the table below:

3-6 months (5-7.6 kg) – 1.25 ml (50 mg) – 3 times 1.25 ml = 150 mg
6-12 months (7.7-9 kg) – 1.25 ml (50 mg) – 3-4 times 1.25 ml = 150-200 mg
1-3 years (10-15 kg)-2.5 ml (100 mg)-3 times 2.5 ml = 300 mg
4-6 years (16-20 kg) – 3.75 ml (150 mg) – 3 times 3.75 ml = 450 mg
7-9 years (21-29 kg) – 5 ml (200 mg) – 3 times 5 ml = 600 mg
10-12 years (30-40 kg) – 7.5 ml (300 mg) – 3 times 7.5 ml = 900 mg
more than 40 kg – 7.5–10 ml (300–400 mg) – 3-4 times 7.5 ml = 900-1200 mg
The medicine should be administered at intervals of at least six hours.
For children under 6 months of age, oral suspension IBUM FORTE with strawberry flavor can be prescribed only after consulting a doctor.
If after 3 days there is no improvement or the patient’s condition worsens, you should consult a doctor.

Instructions for dosing using an oral syringe:
1. Before first use, wash the syringe in warm (not boiling) water with detergent.
2. Unscrew the cap and place the oral syringe onto the stopper located in the neck of the bottle.
3. Shake the bottle vigorously and turn it upside down. To fill the syringe, carefully move the plunger down, drawing the required amount of suspension indicated on the scale.
4. To accurately measure the dose, align the body flange of the oral syringe with the graduated line on the plunger.
5. Rotate the bottle back to its original position and carefully remove the syringe from the stopper.
6. Place the tip of the syringe in the child’s mouth. Slowly press the plunger to empty the syringe.
7. Close the bottle of Ibum Forte oral suspension, rinse and dry the oral syringe.
Patients with a sensitive stomach are advised to take Ibum Forte oral suspension with meals.
The medicine does not contain sugar or alcohol. It can be used by people with diabetes (5 ml Ibum Forte suspension, oral suspension contains about 1.12 g maltitol, corresponding to about 0.07 carbohydrate exchanger).
STORAGE:
• The medicine should be stored at temperatures below 25°C.
• Shelf life after first opening the package: 6 months.
• Keep the medicine out of the reach of children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiration date stated on the package. The expiration date means the last day of a given month.”
