“Compound
The active ingredient of the drug is ibuprofen (Ibuprofenum).
1 capsule contains 400 mg of ibuprofen.
Excipients: macrogol 400, potassium hydroxide 50%, gelatin, partially dehydrated liquid sorbitol, quinoline yellow E 104, patent blue E 131.
Dosage
Usual dose for adults and children over 12 years of age:
Initially 1 capsule (400 mg).
If necessary, 1 capsule every 4–6 hours.
Do not take more than 1200 mg (3 capsules) per day.
The lowest effective dose should be used for the shortest possible period of time. The medicine is intended for short-term use.

Action
Ibuprofen is a non-al anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic properties. It also has the ability to reversibly inhibit platelet aggregation.
Indications
Ibum Express Forte is used for pain of various origins of mild to moderate intensity: headaches (including migraines); toothache; muscle, joint and bone pain; pain after injury; neuralgia; pain associated with colds and flu; painful menstruation, as well as with fevers of various origins (for example, flu, colds).
Contraindications
When you should not use Ibum Express Forte: if you are allergic to ibuprofen, other nonal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), or any of the other ingredients of this medicine; in patients with active or recurrent gastric or duodenal ulcers, perforation or bleeding, also occurring after the use of NSAIDs; in patients who have experienced any allergy symptoms such as runny nose, urticaria, shortness of breath or bronchial asthma during treatment with acetylsalicylic acid or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs; if you are taking other NSAIDs (including COX-2 inhibitors such as celecoxib or etoricoxib); if you have severe liver, kidney or heart failure; if you have a bleed in the brain (cerebrovascular hemorrhage) or other bleeding; if you suffer from bleeding disorders, hemorrhagic diathesis (tendency to bleed) or hematopoietic disorders of unknown origin; in dehydrated patients (dehydration caused by vomiting, diarrhea or insufficient fluid intake).”
