Dosage
Hasko fish oil is taken orally.
Adults: 2-4 capsules 2 times a day.
Children over 4 years old: 1-2 capsules per day.
Action
Hasko cod liver oil contains liver oil, which is obtained from the liver of cod and other fish of the cod family. The oil contains essential fatty acids (such as DHA and EPA) and vitamins A and D.
EFAs – unsaturated fatty acids reduce the level of LDL and TG (triglycerides) and increase the level of HDL.
