The most common form of its occurrence in nature is myo-inositol.
Folic acid takes part in the process of cell division and helps in the proper production of blood. Supplemental folic acid increases maternal folate levels. Low maternal folate levels are a risk factor for neural tube defects in the developing fetus. The benefits are seen with a daily supplement of 400 mcg of folic acid for at least one month before conception and a maximum of three months after conception.
Recommended daily dose of Infolic Combi
2 capsules (1 capsule 2 times a day).
To ensure a constant supply of inositol, it is recommended to take two capsules per day, 12 hours apart.
