“Jodisol Spray is a highly effective antiseptic and disinfectant containing povidone iodinate.
Jodisol Spray can be used by children, adolescents and adults.
Iodizol spray is used for:
1) superficial disinfection of the skin before minor procedures (injections, punctures, etc.);
2) Preparation of the surgical field.
In these cases, the drug is always prescribed by a doctor.
Jodisol Spray is used without consulting a doctor for:
1) hand disinfection;
2) Treatment of minor skin damage (tears);
3) Treatment of herpes;
4) Treatment after insect bites.
Application:
Jodisol Spray is intended for dermal use.
The product is intended for topical use and is applied directly to the treated area. The mechanical sprayer is compressed with sufficient force and speed. Spray onto the entire pre-cleaned surface of the treated area.
Thanks to the low dose, which is determined by pressing the spray nozzle once (about 0.05 ml), the spraying process can be repeated depending on the area of the treated area.
Jodisol spray is usually applied to the treated area one to three times a day.
The full effect of the product begins 1 minute after application.
Duration of treatment:
Wound care should continue until all symptoms of infection (such as redness, swelling, pain or tenderness of the wound, pus in the wound) or the risk of infection of the wound edges have disappeared. Do not use Jodisol spray for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor. If symptoms at the wound site do not improve or worsen within 3 days, seek medical attention.
If after stopping treatment with Iodizol spray the wound becomes infected again, treatment can be started again.
