The drug Lysopaïne Ambroxol lemon sugar-free is indicated in case of acute sore throat . The box contains 18 lozenges which have a local anesthetic action , and which are sweetened with sorbitol and sucralose. The active ingredient is ambroxol
hydrochloride dosed at 20 mg per lozenge and the other components are lemon flavor (containing sucrose), Frescofort flavor, sorbitol (E420), sucralose, macrogol 6000, and talc.
Dosage of Lysopaine Ambroxol lemon sugar free sore throat
Lysopaïne Ambroxol lemon sugar-free lozenges should only be taken by children over 12 years of age and by adults. They will be sucked to relieve sore throats at a maximum of six lozenges per day.
The beneficial effects for sore throats appear within 20 minutes of taking them and the effect will last a maximum of three hours.
The treatment should not exceed three days, if symptoms persist or if a fever appears, you should consult your doctor.
If you forget, do not double the dose.
