“Traumon gel is indicated for use in the case of blunt injuries, such as: contusions, sprains, muscle strains, tendons and joints. Also recommended for osteoarthritis of the spine, knee and shoulder joints; in the case of extra-articular rheumatism: pain in the lumbar sacrum area and in the case of lesions in the periarticular soft tissues: inflammation of the bursa, tendons, tendon sheaths, joint capsules. It is also useful in epicondylitis.
Ingredients:
Active substance: etofenamate.
Other ingredients: carbomer 940, macrogol oleinocetyl ether, sodium hydroxide, isopropyl alcohol, mactogol 400, propylene glycol, purified water
Use:
Apply a 5 to 10 cm long strip of Traumon gel to the skin in the painful area, covering an area slightly larger than the area affected by the pain, and rub in until the medicine is completely absorbed.
Repeat the application of Traumon gel 3 to 4 times a day.
Treatment of rheumatic ailments usually lasts 3 to 4 weeks, and blunt injuries (e.g. sports injuries) – up to 2 weeks.”
