The active ingredient of the drug is drotaverine.
One film-coated tablet contains 80 mg of drotaverine hydrochloride (Drotaverini hydrochloride).
Excipients: Tablet core: lactose monohydrate, corn starch, povidone, magnesium stearate, talc. Tablet shell: Opadry II yellow 85G32207: polyvinyl alcohol, talc, quinoline yellow varnish (E 104), macrogol, titanium dioxide (E 171), lecithin (soy), yellow iron oxide (E 172), red iron oxide (E 172) . .
Dosage
Always use this medication exactly as described in the package insert or as prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist. If you have any doubts, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
The usual recommended dose is:
Adults: 1 film-coated tablet 2 or 3 times a day. The daily dose ranges from 120 to 240 mg.
Children over 12 years of age: 1 film-coated tablet once or twice a day. The maximum daily dose for children is 160 mg.
The drug can be used for up to 7 days without consulting a doctor.

No-Spa Max contains the active ingredient drotaverine hydrochloride, which relaxes smooth muscles. The drug is used for spasms of nerve and muscle origin. The relaxing effect of drotaverine does not depend on the type of innervation and location of smooth muscles (gastrointestinal tract, genitourinary system, circulatory system and biliary system).
Indications
Indications for use of No-Shpa Max are:
Smooth muscle spasms associated with diseases of the biliary tract: cholelithiasis, cholecystitis, perialveolar inflammation, cholangitis, paternal papillitis;
Spasms of smooth muscles of the urinary tract: kidney stones, ureterolithiasis, inflammation of the renal pelvis, cystitis, painful urge to urinate;
Supportive medicine is used for:
Spasms of smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract: peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, gastritis, inflammation of the intestines, pancreas, colon, spasms of the stomach and pylorus, irritable bowel syndrome, bloating, constipation;
painful menstruation.
Contraindications
Do not use No-Spa Max:
If you are allergic to drotaverine or any other ingredient of this medicine,
in patients with severe hepatic, renal and heart failure,
if you suffer from second or third degree atrioventricular block,
in children under 12 years of age.”
