“Pku Anamix junior is a powder product containing:
a balanced mixture of exogenous and endogenous amino acids without phenylalanine,
carbohydrates, fat (including DHA),
vitamins,
minerals,
trace elements, fiber.
The product is available only in pharmacies.
Indications
For dietary management of confirmed phenylketonuria (PKU) in children from 1 to 10 years of age.
Dosage
1 sachet + 100 ml of water
1 sachet = 36 g of powder = 10 g of protein
How to use
The amount of product to be consumed and the dilution must be determined solely by a doctor and depend on the age, body weight and metabolic condition of the patient.
Recommended meal concentration: the contents of one sachet (36 g) should be dissolved in 100 ml of water to obtain a final volume of approximately 126 ml.
The product should be administered with water or diluted drinks to ensure adequate fluid intake.
