«Pku Anamix Junior is a powdered product containing:
a balanced mixture of exogenous and endogenous amino acids without phenylalanine,
carbohydrates, fats (including DHA),
vitamins,
minerals,
microelements, fiber.
The product is only available in pharmacies.
Indications
For the dietary treatment of confirmed phenylketonuria (PKU) in children from 1 to 10 years of age.
Dosage
1 sachet + 100 ml water.
1 sachet = 36 g powder = 10 g protein
How to use
The amount of product consumed and dilution should be determined solely by the physician and depend on the age, body weight and metabolic state of the patient.
Recommended concentration for meals: dissolve the contents of one sachet (36 g) in 100 ml of water to obtain a final volume of approximately 126 ml.
The product should be taken with water or diluted drinks to ensure adequate fluid intake.
