0.05 mg Xylometazoline hydrochloride
0.044 mg Xylometazoline

Application areas
The nasal spray contains the active ingredients xylometazoline hydrochloride and dexpanthenol. Xylometazoline constricts blood vessels and causes the nasal mucosa to relieve swelling. Additionally contained active ingredient dexpanthenol is a derivative of vitamin pantothenic acid, which promotes wound healing and protects mucous membranes.
To relieve swelling of the nasal mucosa in case of colds and to support the healing of the skin and mucous membranes. Membrane damage (lesions), attacks of emerging rhinitis (vasomotor rhinitis) and for the treatment of obstruction of nasal breathing after nasal surgery.
For children aged 2 to 6 years.
If you do not feel better or feel worse after 7 days, consult a doctor.
Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose for children aged 2 to 6 years is up to 3 times a day as needed: 1 puff in each nostril. The dosage depends on individual sensitivity and clinical effect.
Duration of use:
The duration of action of the nasal spray should not exceed 7 days, unless the doctor explicitly prescribes further use.
It should only be used again after a break of several days.
If you forget the application:
Please contact next time, do not double the amount, but continue applying as described in the dosage instructions.
Contraindications
Do not use the nasal spray
if you are allergic to xylometazoline hydrochloride, dexpanthenol, or any of the other ingredients in this medicine.
if you have dry coryza (chronic runny nose causing dry inflammation of the mucous membranes of the nose with crusting)ng).
if you have recently undergone neurosurgery (transsphenoidal hypophysectomy or other surgical procedures in which the meninges are exposed).
in children under 2 years of age.”
