“Composition
Active ingredients: ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine.
Each film-coated tablet contains 200 mg of ibuprofen and 30 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (equivalent to 24.6 mg of pseudoephedrine).
Excipients:

microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch (corn), povidone K-30, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, stearic acid 95, sodium croscarmellose, sodium dodecyl sulfate,
film coating:
polyvinyl alcohol, talc. (E 553b), macrogol 3350, muscovite coated with titanium dioxide (a mixture of muscovite (E 555) and titanium dioxide (E 171)), polysorbate 80 (E 433), hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol 400, polysorbate 80 (E 433), iron (III) hydroxide x H 2 O (E 172), iron (III) oxide (E 172), iron (II, III) oxide (E 172).
RatioGrippal ® is used for the symptomatic treatment of swelling of the mucous membranes of the nose and sinuses associated with headaches, fever and / or pain associated with a cold or flu.
RatioGrippal ® is used in adults and adolescents from 15 years of age and older.
Dosage
RatioGrippal ® is for oral use only.
Suggested dose:
Adults and adolescents aged 15 years and over, take 1 film-coated tablet every 4 to 6 hours as needed. If symptoms are more severe, take 2 film-coated tablets every 6 to 8 hours as needed.
Under no circumstances should the maximum daily dose (6 film-coated tablets) be exceeded.
Film-coated tablets are best taken on a full stomach with a small amount of water. Do not break or crush film-coated tablets.
Use in children and adolescents
Do not use in children or adolescents under 15 years of age.
RatioGrippal ® should not be taken
if you are allergic to ibuprofen, pseudoephedrine, or any of the other ingredients of this medicine listed in section 6;
if you are under 15 years of age;
in the last 3 months of pregnancy or if you are breastfeeding;
if you have ever had an allergic reaction (such as shortness of breath, worsening asthma, itchy runny nose, swelling of the face, or hives) after taking aspirin or other pain, fever, or anti-inflammatory drugs;
if you have or have had a stomach ulcer;
if you have had a history of perforation or bleeding associated with taking NSAIDs;
if you have severe acute (sudden) or chronic (long-term) kidney disease or kidney failure;
if you have severe liver failure;
if you have severe heart failure;
if you have severe heart or circulation problems (heart disease, high blood pressure, angina, fast heartbeat), hyperthyroidism, diabetes, or pheochromocytoma (a tumor of the adrenal gland);
if you have very high blood pressure (severe high blood pressure) or high blood pressure that is not controlled by your medications;
if you have had a heart attack;
if you do not adequately control high blood pressure;
if you have had a stroke or are at increased risk of stroke;
if you have had seizures in the past;
if you have unexplained blood disorders;
if you have glaucoma (increased eye pressure);
if you have difficulty urinating due to prostate problems;
if you have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), an autoimmune disease that causes, for example, joint pain and skin changes;
if you use the following medications:
Acetylsalicylic acid (more than 75 mg per day) or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or other painkillers;
other decongestants that are used to treat swelling of the nasal mucosa, such as: B. phenylpropanolamine, phenylephrine, ephedrine, or methylphenidate; non-selective monoamine oxidase inhibitors (so-called MAO inhibitors, which are used to treat Parkinson’s disease or depression) – even if you have used them in the last two weeks.”
