STERIMAR ™ Baby Hypertonic is a medical device recommended for children from 3 months of age to:
- quickly clear the nose,
- remove thick secretion,
- help fight colds and reduce the risk of reinfection by cleaning the nasal passages *.
Clearing a stuffy nose increases the effectiveness of topical nasal medications.
If the nasal mucosa is irritated, a tickling sensation may appear when using the preparation. STERIMAR ™ preparations are used in pulmonary rehabilitation during bronchiolitis.
RECOMMENDED USE
For the first use, spray the product once in the air to activate the system.
• For deeper cleaning of the nasal cavities:
Place a child aged 0-2 years in the supine position, or a child aged over 2 in a sitting position. Tilt the child’s head to the side, gently place the tip of the applicator on the top of the nostril.
Press down on the base of the applicator for approximately 2 seconds. Allow excess solution to flow out through the other nostril then blow your nose. If necessary, repeat the operation for the other nostril.
After each use, wash the tip of the applicator with soap and water and dry it.
• Use 2 to 6 times a day or more until the swelling of the nasal mucosa is gone.
Intended for short-term use in cases of nasal obstruction.
