Active ingredients:
0.14 mg ketotifen fumarate
Excipients:
Water for injection
Sodium hydroxide to adjust pH
Glycerin
The eye drops contain the active ingredient ketotifen fumarate, which is an antiallergic drug.
The medicine is used to treat seasonal allergic conjunctivitis (itching, tearing, redness or swelling of the eyes and/or eyelids).
Dosage:
The recommended dose for adults, the elderly and children (3 years and older) is one drop in each affected eye (or eyes) twice a day (morning and evening).
The contents of the single-dose container are enough to administer one drop in each eye.
If you forget to use it
If you forget to use the drops, do it as soon as possible.
Then stick to your regular dosing schedule again.
Do not use a double dose if you forget the previous dose.
Directions for use:
Wash your hands.
Open the single-dose container. Be careful not to touch the tip of the container after opening.
Tilt your head back.
Pull down your lower eyelid with your finger and take the single-dose container in your other hand. Gently press the container and allow the drop to fall into your eye.
Close your eyes and press the tip of your finger into the inner corner of your eye for 1 to 2 minutes. This prevents the drop from running down your tear duct into your throat and keeps most of the drop in your eye. Repeat for the other eye if necessary.
Throw away the single-dose container after use.

You must not use this medicine if you are allergic to ketotifen fumarate or any of the other ingredients in this medicine.
