Composition
1 sachet contains:
Active substances: paracetamol 650 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg, pheniramine maleate 20 mg
Excipients: sucrose, acesulfame potassium, D & C Yellow No 10 dye, sunset yellow, maltodextrin M100, colloidal hydrated silica, natural lemon flavors, anhydrous citric acid, sodium citrate dihydrate, calcium phosphate.
Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years of age: dissolve the contents of one sachet in 1 glass of hot water.
Action
1.Paracetamol has an analgesic and antipyretic effect
2.Phenylephrine hydrochloride reduces nasal congestion and swelling
3. Pheniramine maleate – an antihistamine substance that reduces the production of nasal secretions.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation. Severe diseases of the circulatory system, liver, kidneys, hypertension, prostate adenoma with a tendency to retain urine, bladder neck obstruction, pyloric duodenal obstruction, active peptic ulcer disease, diabetes, lung diseases (including asthma), narrow angle glaucoma, congenital G-6-PD deficiency, epilepsy, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome, sucrase-isomaltase deficiency, use of MAO inhibitors and the period up to 2 weeks after their discontinuation, pregnancy and breastfeeding, children up to 12 years of age.
