“Composition
Active ingredients:
250 mg acetylsalicylic acid (pH. Eur.)
250 mg Paracetamol
50 mg caffeine
Excipients;
Lactose Monohydrate, Stearic Acid, Corn Starch
Areas of application
This medicine is an analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory agent.
It is used:
for the treatment of acute headaches (eg, tension headaches) and migraine attacks (with or without aura) in adults and adolescents
Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and adolescents over 12 years of age should take 1-2 tablets. The maximum dose of 6 tablets per day should not be exceeded. Take tomapyrin INTENSIVE (pack size: 20 pcs) with plenty of liquid, and swallow whole. There should be 4-8 hours between applications.
Contraindications
In case of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, gastric and duodenal ulcers, severe liver dysfunction, severe renal dysfunction, severe heart failure not controlled by medication, pathologically increased bleeding tendency, with simultaneous administration of 15 mg of methotrexate or more per week, in children and adolescents under 12 years of age, and during the last three months of pregnancy, this product should not be used.
In case of concomitant anticoagulant therapy with medicinal products (e.g. coumarin derivatives, heparin), bronchial asthma, hay fever, swelling of the mucous membrane of the nose (nasal polyps) or chronic respiratory infections, acute, chronic and recurrent stomach or intestinal diseases, gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, renal dysfunction or vorgeschädigter kidneys, liver dysfunction, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, Gilbert’s syndrome, before surgery, in case of hyperthyroidism, as well as in the first three months of pregnancy, the product should be used with particular caution and with the doctor’s Advisory Board.”
