Romanian-Armenian writer Varuzhan Voskanyan’s novel “Book of Whispers”, published in 2009 : was named the best work of the year in Romania. In the same year, the Book of Whispers was awarded the Grand Prize of Literature of the Romanian Academy. The novel has been presented at several international book fairs and has attracted the attention of the European literary world, press and readers, who consider it to be one of the modern European literary phenomena./Ռումինահայ գրող Վարուժան Ոսկանյանի «Շշուկների մատյան» վեպը, որը հրատարակվել է 2009 թ. և համարվել է Ռումինիայի տարվա լավագույն ստեղծագործությունը: Նույն տարում «Շշուկների մատյանին» շնորհվել է Ռումինական Ակադեմիայի գրական գլխավոր մրցանակը: Վեպը ներկայացվել է Գրքի միջազգային մի քանի տոնավաճառներում, արժանացել եվրոպական գրական աշխարհի, մամուլի և ընթերցողներիուշադրությանը, որոնց գնահատմամբ այն ժամանակակից եվրոպական գրական երևույթներից է:
