This medicine contains active ingredients that also reduce swelling and water retention (edema) in tissues caused by inflammation or injury. The enzymes contained in this medicine also reduce blood clotting, increasing the time it takes for a blood clot to form.
Composition
Active ingredients: pancreatin 345 prot. Eur.Pharm.-Unit, papain 90 F.I.P-Unit, rutoside 3 H2O 50.00 mg, bromelain 225 F.I.P-units, trypsin 360 F.I.P-units, lipase 34 F.I.P-units, amylase 50 F.I.P-units, chymotrypsin 300 F.I.P-units;
Excipients: lactose, corn starch, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, purified water, colloidal silicon dioxide, talc;
Coating: sucrose, talc, methacrylic acid-methyl methacrylate copolymer, shellac, titanium dioxide, white clay, yellow-orange dye S (E110), raspberry dye 4R (E124), povidone, macrogol 6000, triethyl citrate, vanillin, bleached wax, carnauba wax.
Method
The tablets are recommended to be taken during the day (e.g. 2 x 3 tablets) or once, without chewing, with plenty of liquid, at least 30 minutes before meals or 90 minutes after meals.
Dosage
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.

The recommended daily dose is 6 tablets, unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor; Do not exceed the maximum dose of 12 tablets per day.
Duration of treatment
Treatment should be continued until symptoms disappear. If symptoms do not disappear after 14 days, you should contact your doctor, as this may be a condition that requires medical treatment.
Contraindications
The medicine should not be taken if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to the active ingredients, pineapple or any other ingredient of this medicine.
