Zenalia sublingual tablet is a homeopathic medicine from Boiron laboratories . It is traditionally used in cases of stage fright , apprehension , anxiety which can manifest itself by restless sleep, tremors, emotional palpitations, diarrhea, etc. The active components are Gelsemium sempervirens 9CH (1mg), Ignatia amara 9CH (1 mg), Kalium phosphoricum 15 CH (1 mg) for 1 sublingual tablet. The other constituents are sucrose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate.
Dosage of Zenalia Boiron Homeopathy
Zenalia sublingual tablet is intended for oral use. The tablets should be left to melt under the tongue away from meals.
The usual dosage is 1 tablet morning and evening, to be taken at the first symptoms of stage fright.
The treatment will not exceed 15 days.
