“The drug is used in adults and children aged 6 years and older for:
Relief of nasal and ocular symptoms of seasonal and year-round allergic rhinitis.
Relief of symptoms of chronic urticaria of unknown origin (chronic idiopathic urticaria).
If you do not feel better within 3 days or if your symptoms worsen, you should contact your doctor.
Do not give this medicine to children under 6 years of age because the film-coated tablets may not allow for proper dosing.
Application and dosage:
The tablets should be swallowed with a glass of water.
The tablet can be divided into equal doses.
Adults and teenagers over 12 years of age:
The recommended dose is 10 mg (1 tablet) once daily.
Children from 6 to 12 years old.
The recommended dose is 5 mg (½ tablet) twice daily.
Active ingredients:
Cetirizine dihydrochloride. 1 film-coated tablet contains cetirizine dihydrochloride 10 mg.
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, OPADRY white coating system containing hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol 4000.”
