Replenishing the deficiency of magnesium and potassium in the body (when there is no need for intravenous administration):
for heart diseases caused by magnesium and potassium deficiency;
prophylactically for coronary heart disease and the risk of heart attack;
as support for patients after a heart attack (during the recovery period);
after infectious diseases or surgical interventions that lead to a decrease in magnesium and potassium levels;
after long-term use of cardiac glycosides and diuretics (for example, hydrochlorothiazide, furosemide).
Active ingredient: Potassium hydrogenoaspartase, Magnesium hydrogenoaspartase.
Drug Aspartate – composition
The active ingredients of the drug are: magnesium hydroaspartate tetrahydrate and potassium hydroaspartate hemihydrate.
One tablet contains: 17 mg of magnesium ions in the form of 250 mg of magnesium hydroaspartate tetrahydrate and 54 mg of potassium ions in the form of 250 mg of potassium hydroaspartate hemihydrate.
Excipients: potato starch, sucrose, talc, magnesium stearate, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type C), microcrystalline cellulose.
Action
Aspafar Pharmapol is a drug containing magnesium and potassium.
Magnesium is one of the main building blocks of the body.
Magnesium has a protective effect on the heart muscle, reducing its hypoxia. It takes part in the development and mineralization of bones and is necessary for the synthesis of certain hormones, such as insulin. Prevents stress, hypoxia, allergies and inflammation.
Magnesium deficiency causes neuromuscular hypersensitivity. Muscle tremors occur.
Magnesium deficiency weakens the body’s immunity, leads to disorders of the circulatory system, nervous system, muscles and bone tissue, and accelerates the development of atherosclerosis.
Potassium affects the functioning of the nervous and muscular systems and the functioning of the heart.
Potassium deficiency causes cardiac dysfunction, decreased muscle strength (including muscle cramps), and nervous system disorders (eg, inability to concentrate, drowsiness, apathy, and sometimes increased nervous excitability).
How to use Aspartate Lek?
Adults: 1 to 3 tablets 2 times a day, which means no more than 6 tablets per day.
Mode of application:
Oral administration.
It is recommended to take in the morning and evening after meals with water.
Aspafar Pharmapol should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
Use of the drug in children and adolescents
Aspartate should not be used in children under 12 years of age. Orally, 1–3 tablets 2 times a day. Do not take more than 6 tablets per day. The medicine should be taken in the morning and evening after meals with water.
When should you not take Aspartate Lek?
If you are allergic (hypersensitivity) to the active ingredients or any other ingredient of the drug;
if you have severe kidney failure;
if you have a urinary tract (bladder, kidney) infection;
if you have high potassium levels in your blood;
if you have high levels of magnesium in your blood;
if you have heart problems (feeling that your heartbeat is too slow, fast or irregular);
if you have myasthenia gravis (a rare disease that causes excessive muscle weakness).
Notes on use
Aspafar Pharmapol contains sucrose. One tablet contains 52.4 mg of sucrose. If your doctor has told you that you have an intolerance to certain sugars, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.”
