Active ingredients:
500 mg acetylsalicylic acid
Excipients:
Natural flavors identical to natural 5 mg aspartame, Mannitol, Ascorbic acid, Sodium bicarbonate, Citric acid, Sodium dihydrogen citrate
The medicine is used for:
mild or moderate pain
high temperature
Dosage:
The recommended dose is:
Young people aged 12 years and over* and adults:
Single dose: 1–2 sachets of granules.
Total daily dose: 3–6 sachets of granules.

* Acetylsalicylic acid should be used in children and adolescents under 12 years of age only on the advice of a doctor. Please note the information for children and adolescents (see the category “”Information for patients”” in the section “”Children and adolescents””).
Patients with impaired liver function and patients with impaired renal function
Acetylsalicylic acid should be used with caution in patients with impaired liver and kidney function. Please refer to the information for these patients (see the “”Information for patients”” category).
Duration of use:
If necessary, a single dose can be taken at intervals of 4 to 8 hours up to 3 times a day.
However, the total daily dose should not be exceeded.
Contraindications:
The medicine should not be taken
if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid, other salicylates or any of the other ingredients;
if you have had asthma attacks or other hypersensitivity reactions to certain medications for pain, fever or inflammation (salicylates or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs);
with acute gastric and intestinal ulcers;
with a pathologically increased tendency to bleeding;
with liver and kidney failure;
if you have severe weakness of the heart muscle (heart failure) that does not respond to drug treatment;
if you are also taking methotrexate at a dose of 15 mg or more per week;
in the last 3 months of pregnancy.”
