One film-coated tablet contains: 25 mg of sildenafil (sildenafilum) in the form of sildenafil citrate.
Dosage
If you have previously taken medications containing sildenafil in a dose of 50 mg or more, the recommended dose is 50 mg of Actigra Forte. Otherwise, Actigra Forte 50 mg should be used only if the patient does not feel the desired effect after taking sildenafil 25 mg (i.e., he does not have an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse).
If using a drug containing sildenafil at a lower dose (25 mg) has allowed you to achieve an erection that allows sexual intercourse, you should not use the 50 mg dose.
