Active ingredient: ambroxol hydrochloride (Ambroxoli hydrochloride).
One tablet contains 30 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride (Ambroxoli hydrochloride).
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, magnesium stearate.
Dosage
Medicine for oral use. Take the medicine after meals. Do not use immediately before bed.
If there is no improvement after 4-5 days of use, consult a doctor.
Children from 6 to 12 years: ½ tablet 2-3 times a day.
Children over 12 years of age and adults: 1 tablet 3 times a day for the first 2-3 days, then 1 tablet 2 times a day.
Action
Tussal Expectorans has mucolytic, secretolytic and expectorant properties – it reduces the viscosity of residual secretions, accelerates mucus transport, and soothes cough.
Indications
Supportive treatment of chronic and acute inflammation of the lungs and bronchi, accompanied by mucus retention and impaired secretion, including: bronchial asthma, emphysema, cystic fibrosis, bronchitis and pneumonia (acute/chronic).
Contraindications
You should not use Tussal Expectorans: if you are allergic to ambroxol hydrochloride or any other ingredient of this medicine; in children under 6 years of age.”
